Very pleasant and Modern hotel situated in a great location close to everything. would highly recommend.

I visited Brussels with family to celebrate recent graduations. We had six in our party and required three rooms. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel. For business travelers among the readers, The Royal Windsor is your standard upscale business hotel� nothing especially unique, but good for a very pleasant stay. We were in an �executive room�. - Our room, while small by American standards appeared recently renovated and was nicely appointed� A/C, real down bedding, bathrobes, in-room coffee, free Wi-fi, etc. Our third floor room was on street side, but really very quiet. - The location was great � centrally situated between the Grand Place (5 minute walk) and the various Museums (10 minute walk). Also, Brussels Centraal Station was about a 5 minute walk. - We discovered late in our stay that are two bars � one simple one upstairs with a limited beer selection, and second down stairs directly on a pleasant cobbled street � with a number of draft Belgian beers. - Parking was available for 25 Euros per day. There is public parking nearby, but I did not check on the price. - Breakfast was quite good, but very expensive at 30 Euros (if not included in your room � look into what your rate covers). - The staff were quite attentive, dealing quickly with an issue in our first room (stank of cigarette smoke, so the moved us. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for three to four day stay in the city.

A high class hotel in a very convenient location only a 15 minute walk from Midi Station or Central station. Rooms are in the process of being updated so we got our room for a very good price! Our room was perfect and the facilities at the hotel were excellent. Staff were very helpful and breakfast had a very good selection including hot bacon and eggs. The main square and other attractions are very close by and there is a Metro station a short walk away to get to the other areas of the city. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is ideally situated just moments from the main square and belfry. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and breakfast what one expects in a continental breakfast. We plan to return to Bruges and will certainly choose to stay at this hotel on our return.

The Hotel was beautiful and in a great location . We want to express our gratitude towards the staff members of the hotel that were involved in the return of our IPhone .We lost our Iphone while shopping at a store during our last day in Brugge .We have stayed at great facilities throughout the world & while service has been excellent what the staff accomplished in a simple act involved surpassing the going "above & beyond" expectations.

Bij aankomst we waren direct begroet en onze reservering was vlot en prettig gehandeld. Het vinden van onze kamer was echter niet zo makkelijk, aangezien het hotel een "bijzondere" indeling heeft. De volgorde van de kamernummers is niet logisch, wat een beetje rommelig overkomt. De kamer was ruim, smaakvol en erg schoon en hetzelfde geldt voor de badkamer. Erg prettig verblijf en uitstekendde locatie.

We had a really enjoyable 3 night stay at the hotel. It is very convenient for the station, opposite the park and close to the shops. However it is a long walk from the old town, as we expected, and we do enjoy walking. The staff were all extremely helpful and the general manager appeared at breakfast asking every table of guests for feedback on their stay. We asked for a quiet room and so got one on the side road instead of the front, which wasn't quite so busy with traffic. The breakfast buffet was included and was a good one, with fresh fruit every day. Overall this was excellent value for money.
