'Great location w/great view of beach.'

'Amazing stay at Brad’s property! We were in town for a wedding and could not have picked a more perfect location for our stay. During our down-time our biggest decision was pool or beach! Both were beautiful and right out our door. Brad’s unit was exactly as described- perfect for our family of four. The patio had a great ocean view and was great for hanging out in the evening. Found everyone in the complex friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!'

'Clean, quiet end unit supplied with everything needed. Comfortable beds. The real win was the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean just steps away. A few miles drive to town and plenty of available restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!!'

'This place was exactly as described. The complex was perfectly sized, with great access to everything, with the right distance from everything. We couldn't get over how thoughtful all the accommodations and supplies were, and we truly appreciated the swift response when our coffee maker fizzled out! Both beds were comfortable, as was the sofa and living area. Loved the decorations, too!'

'Nice, hassle free, beautiful area. There was no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and no spares to be found, so we bought some. That was really the only minor thing!!'

'Lovely view of the ocean. But the condo needs some updating. The floors in bathroom were cracked. Wi-Fi was very slow and tv was hard to work. Tv in second bedroom did not work. Balcony furniture falling apart. Coffee pot needed descaled. Could have used an extra set of towels. Starter supplies were bear minimum. Didn’t have any knives that were sharp. Garage had someone’s empty cans and paper towels which we cleaned up. Seal on bottom of front door needs replaced. Caught a couple bugs sneaking...

'The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a million dollar view. We were very pleased with everything. The only problem was the elevator. Only one worked for the entire visit. Really inconvenient, as it is a large property and we were on the sixth floor. Otherwise, I would recommend this property.'

'Loved Fernandina Beach. Our condo, Oceans of Amelia was everything we expected. Best part was being oceanside Restaurants in historic district was delicious. Loved the shopping too. Will be back'

'Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property.'
