Onlangs gerenoveerd en ingericht mooie slaapkamer met twee bedden, twee complete badkamer tweede verdieping eenheid. Geschikt voor 6 gasten. Balkon en ramen van vloer tot plafond kijken direct uit op de oceaan. Luxe beddengoed en handdoeken geleverd. Televisies in slaapkamers en woonkamer. WiFi is inbegrepen. Groot zwembad voor exclusief gebruik van condominium gast alleen. Volledig ingerichte keuken. Beschikbaar voor dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse bezetting met een minimum verblijf van twee nachten. Strandstoelen, handdoeken en parasol geleverd. Dicht bij winkels en historische gastronomische restaurants in het centrum van Fernandina. Deze eigenschap heeft slechts een parkeerplaats beschikbaar voor onze gasten om te gebruiken. The stay was great… other than all the construction. The parking was difficult due to having many spaces blocked off. Unfortunately, they were trudging the beach, which made it difficult to get to the beach. However, the rental company was great at communicating and helping us.

Property was great, the views we beautiful. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves and walking on the beach. Property manager was very responsive.

The rental agent was MIA until it came time to leave a nasty notice on our guest's car. We were told in our rental agreement that we were permitted to have one guest parking pass, yet when we notified the agent we were denied a pass and told to park his car in an unpaved, unlit, overflow area a quarter of a mile from the condo. Overnight, we noticed that there were several unoccupied parking spaces under our condo; there was no need to send our guest to the overflow area.Additionally, the agent inadvertently sent me a text with all of the entry codes and address of another rental unit. It was a good thing that we are honest people. I wonder if she notified the other renters of her error.As for the condo, it was clean, although the outside of the windows were very dirty. However, it was obvious when we entered that the photo of the condo was years old. Some of the furniture was decidedly shabby and areas of the condo are in need of paint.

All good except there was construction going on at property resulting in tremendous noise. Disappointed that we were not made aware of this beforehand. Unit 201 is very nice. Enjoyed our stay other than noise.

Very nice property, well equipped, fantastic views of the ocean especially at sunrise. Beware that there is construction work going on in the car park of the property immediately below the apartment with extremely noisy concrete drilling, dust and even shaking the building from 8-4 each day. Apparently it will continue until February 2025.

The pictures don't do it justice. This condo provides beautiful views - being a corner unit makes such a difference. The walk to the beach is easy - even with two small children. The condo was stocked with everything we could need. We plan to return!

Great location. Beautiful view of the beach. Clean and easy to check-in and check out. Super responsive with any questions we had about the condo. Interior furnishings somewhat dated but everything clean and neat. We would definitely go back! I couldn't ask for a better location and Amelia Island is an amazing place!

We loved the condo. It is decorated so cute. Nice furniture. Love the corner unit with an absolutely gorgeous view of the beach. Short walk out your door to the beach. The beach was not crowded. Free parking. Everything was so convenient. I wouldn’t change anything and can not think of anything to make someone’s stay better. For us, it was perfect!

Loved Fernandina Beach. Our condo, Oceans of Amelia was everything we expected. Best part was being oceanside Restaurants in historic district was delicious. Loved the shopping too. Will be back

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. Location was perfect and easy to access. My entire family was able to enjoy, have some fun, and get a little relaxing in! Thanks for the opportunity.

As a family of four, this was the perfect sized place for us with a great location right on the beach. We loved waking up with a view of the oceans each morning! The condo complex was quiet and clean. And we liked that the location was close to a few playgrounds (short drive away) for the kids and downtown (also a short drive away). We were really happy with this property and would for sure choose to stay here again!

This place could not have been better. Liked that it was an end unit as it was very quiet. Perfect amount of space for 3-5 people. Beautiful view of ocean and easy access to public beach. Also, 5 min drive to downtown Fernandina which is a really cool area. We stayed over New Years Eve and attended a Jacksonville Jags game…only about an hour drive to stadium. Great trip, would definitely recommend this condo.

We just wanted a weekend getaway. Our first time to Fernandina Beach. This is a great condo and very convenient to Old Town and the Historic district. The beach view is amazing. Nice Restaurants include Beech Street Grill, Boathouse and Salt Life. We did Ft Clinch park. We did the Amelia Island boat tour to Cumberland Island,

Very impressed with everything this condo had to offer. Kitchen was very well stocked with anything needed to cook in condo. Beds super comfortable, very clean. Location is perfect for a relaxing vacation on the beach. Only recommedation would be a full length mirror.
