'It’s my second time staying at this establishment, and I’ve been happy with both experiences. The hosts are friendly and easy to reach. The rooms and beds are as advertised. Bed was comfortable and clean. There are shared bathrooms and kitchen. The guest house is conveniently located in Koreatown and close to the freeway (if you drive; plus you can pay for gated parking for $5/night or street park for free) and close to bus stop. 'I absolutely loved this place! Check in was super easy with the lockbox and Gloria (house manager) was communicative. I only stayed one night (wish I had more time) but the unit was perfectly stocked with a nice pull out couch, separate bed, fans, , kitchenette. It was incredibly clean. About a 10 minute walk or so to beach and then another 10 to marina. The outside space is incredible. Big hot tub with outdoor seating and plants. Roof top balcony with views for days!'

'Excellent location for our visit to the LA area. The guest house was well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. The two little dogs were very friendly after barking our arrival. They warmed up this very quickly. Cedric was a very congenial host and will respond quickly to any concerns. It’s a great place for a couple to stay, we enjoyed our 5 day stay.'

Great neighborhood, easy access to the highways. Can walk or get a ride anywhere in the area. Clean, great setup, great view. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at Colin and Susan’s guest suite, we found ourselves wishing we had gotten to spend more time at the property itself! The hot tub and hammock overlooking the mountains were amazing amenities, we had so much fun horseback riding with Colin and Maura, and the suite was exactly as pictured. Susan even provided some basic groceries in the fridge. Highly recommend, wonderful hosts of a wonderful property!'

'The property owner doesn’t miss a single thing! Having everything a beachside rental should have, and all in good condition, makes the day fun. A gorgeous walk street and a perfect parking spot in the back. Two blocks to the beach and boardwalk, two-three blocks to just about everywhere. The rental is charming and 100% recommended.'

'We enjoyed our stay in the spacious appartment on Rodeo Drive. Deborah provided us with everything we needed. Bathtowels for the pool, coffee for the coffeemachine, shampoo & conditioner, information about the neighbourhood etc. It is a peacefull spot in a busy city!'

'My husband and I spent a few days at Christmas with our son. The bungalow was lit up with cheerful holiday decor. It was nice spot to cook and relax in. We walked to nearby Brand Park and hiked, visited LACMA museum downtown and even got to spend a day at the beach. This cozy location was wonderful to come home to. Host offered the outside ceramic fireplace to us but we just ran out of time!'

'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'

'넷플릭스 본사 바로 맞은편 건물. 건물은 크지 않았지만, 방은 컸음. 거실, 부엌 다 좋았음. 부엌에 필요한 물품이 다 갖추어져 있어 오래 묵기에, 가족과 같이 지내기에 정말 편했음. 주차도 편리했고... 다만 커뮤니케이션 메일과 문자가 너무 많이 오는 것이 귀찮음. 주요한 내용만 깔끔하게 보내주면 좋겠음. '
