'All with all a great experience'

'I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.'

'Wij verbleven 3 nachten in dit appartement. Het is een heel fijn appartement met parkeergelegenheid. De keuken is ruim voorzien en er is een grote woonkamer aanwezig. De slaapkamer is ruim en het bed is ook heel comfortabel. Tevens een goede badkamer met alle benodigdheden. Met de auto ben je snel bij diverse supermarkten en restaurants en ook binnen 15 minuten ben je in Hollywood. Wij hebben het heel erg fijn gehad in dit appartement! '

'The location was absolutely perfect! Super close to the boardwalk, and easy biking distance from the Santa Monica pier. The included bikes were a definite plus! The host was very communicative and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!'

'We enjoyed our stay. Everything was to our liking and the hosts provided snacks and essentials. My only complaint is that the sofa bed is firm and the living room didn’t have curtains to block out light from outdoors.'

'I loved my stay! I stayed for about 3 weeks and the location is great - east walk to downtown and in a very safe area. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe the entire stay. The place was also so clean, comfortable bed and living area. I also used the laundry and had issues with the dryer properly drying but that’s all. I would highly recommend.'

'Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed staying at this stunning ocean view condo. It was a retreat and was perfect for us and our daughter, her husband and their 17 month old son - our grandson! There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though. 'That’s what this adorable little bungalow felt like. Small, but when the SoCal weather is nice, there is a huge deck to enjoy the amazing views and ocean breezes. Great couple spot.'

'The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.'

'We’ve been renting this unit when we visit the Burbank area. Access is easy. Parking is a breeze. There is a small kitchenette, so we avoid dining out all of the time. Having the private outdoor sitting area is one of the best features. The owner resides in the main house, and is a wonderful guy.'

'When we first arrived there was a “call box” to type a code in to gain access to get keys, the call box was broken and it took me about 45 minutes to get access to the building while my husband waited in the car to avoid the tow zone in front. You have to get into the property to get the garage door opened to go to the parking. I sent an email in response to the check in and out rules to clarify that went unanswered. 'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'

'넷플릭스 본사 바로 맞은편 건물. 건물은 크지 않았지만, 방은 컸음. 거실, 부엌 다 좋았음. 부엌에 필요한 물품이 다 갖추어져 있어 오래 묵기에, 가족과 같이 지내기에 정말 편했음. 주차도 편리했고... 다만 커뮤니케이션 메일과 문자가 너무 많이 오는 것이 귀찮음. 주요한 내용만 깔끔하게 보내주면 좋겠음. '
