'I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.'

'That’s what this adorable little bungalow felt like. Small, but when the SoCal weather is nice, there is a huge deck to enjoy the amazing views and ocean breezes. Great couple spot.'

'Property is very clean, bright and well equipped. It’s walkable to Santa Monica pier, but the tram passes right outside and there’s a stop close by. Ralph’s store is beside the property if you need provisions, and a Starbucks on the corner. There’s two pools and a hot tub. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to ask for an extra bed in advance if you need more than 3 beds. My teenagers don’t like to share!'

'Easy spot for a weekend away. We were attending a wedding in town and the self check-in and guest parking spots made it easy to get into town. The house had dishes, each bedroom had its own TV, but the coolest thing was that the apt is directly across from the POOL! We didn't get to use the pool during our stay, but we certainly wished we could have because it was so conveniently located to the apt (just down the stairs!).'

The host, Kyla, is great to work with and responds to messages very quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.'

'My brother and his son who is 16 stayed at the property. They absolutely love the location. They spent a day over at Warner Brothers doing the tour they appreciate all the toiletries That were left for them. They enjoyed an evening sitting by the back at the fire and spoke highly of the decor and how comfortable the beds were!'
