The property was super clean, and we appreciated the easy access. The location was stunning, offering beautiful views all around. 'Spent a month here while working at the Reagan Library. Beautiful area with lots to do. The room is comfy and homely, Klaus and Katlen were friendly and gracious hosts throughout - no complaints whatsoever. Fabulous place!'

'Lovely studio exceptionally clean and quiet. The entrance is through a gate on the right of the main house and then through a longer pathway to the studios. If the owner wouldn’t have been present to greet me, I wouldn’t have known how to get in the studio through the side gate. That would’ve been confusing for me. It’s a very large property and we felt very safe. There is only street parking available. Their communication was excellent.'

'To make a long stories in short, it is extraordinary experience at the peak of rocky Chatsworth peak, viewing all the valley area from the peak of the mountain. Super clean property crispy clean air and sunshine and no mosquito and harmful bugs even at night with lighting. Contact the host and try to book 'C' studio. It was unforgettable memory of enjoying exclusive and hidden privileged beauty and nature of California.'

'I brought my dog to the beach, and we had a great time! It's about a 90-second walk to the beach, where dogs are allowed (leashed). Of course, there's always THAT guy or gal who yells "don't worry, he's friendly!" Overall, most folks are friendly and my dog loved the beach. We also walked to the Marina Park, about a mile away. And there's a bar, restaurants, and a froyo shop within a 5 min walk. The Walmart is a quick drive, and they have grocery pick up so you don't have to go in. The little...

'Loved the views. Apt had great amenities, such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, and small things like dish soap and sponge (which we sometimes don't have at other rental homes and need to run to the supermarket last min). Owner/manager was very responsive. The back lock on the deck was broken, but didn't feel unsafe since people on the beach can't get up to the deck. Bunk beds was fine for my teens.'

'I came to town with my husband to run a marathon. This home was in the perfect location, walking distance to the expo and finish line. It also turned out to be conveniently located by a handful of restaurants and a grocery store! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the backyard games. The host was excellent with communication as well. I’ll stay here next year if we decide to run that marathon again….. which we likely will!'
