'The property was perfect for our trip to Six Flags. The Host was amazing, she was easy to communicate with, even set up a nice Birthday Welcome for our grandson. The location of the property was great, only a few minutes from Six Flags. Also plenty of shopping & restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again.'

'This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...

'This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit.'

'Great time in Liat's townhouse in Sherman Oaks, located near groceries, eateries, and restaurants. Check in was smooth and she even let us check-in early and offered late checkout. Very responsive to our requests and needs. The place has 3 bedrooms, all have ensuite baths, one on the first floor, the other two on the third floor. We could not work the lock, and it took 5 hours (by then it was after 11p) for management to get back to us. This is unacceptable and got us off to a bad start. The hot water in the master bath was unreliable, although in the sink and in the hall bath was ok. There is no dishwasher, which worried me about whether the previous guests were diligent when washing their dishes. And the remote on the TV...

'The condo more than delivered! Generous space included 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on opposite sides of the condo so when our family visited (with our two young granddaughters) everyone had comfort and privacy. The great room with living, dining and kitchen leads to the large outdoor deck and a grand view of the Santa Monica beach and the Pacific. Stunning sunsets just outdoors! And 2 perfect playgrounds steps away. A five minute drive to shops and restaurants on Montana Ave. We walked...

'My family and I spent five nights at this property. We were going to stay closer to Santa Monica, but when we saw this place, and it being beach front, we couldn't pass it up. Place is as advertised. Very clean, updated and spacious. Close to anything you need, restaurants, bar, grocery, pharmacy etc. Kitchen and bathroom VERY well stocked with all the little things you don't (or forget to) bring. Host was incredibly responsive to any questions and made checking-in and out very easy.'

'Our stay was delightful. The location of the unit was perfect for relaxing on the patio facing the ocean across the road and park. The unit was well equipped and we used the bbq on the patio several times. We were completely satisfied with this VRBO. Unfortunately our stay ended prematurely due to the fact that we learned that our home in Tucson was struck by lightning and burned to the ground. We look forward to staying again, maybe next year but without the added excitement at home.'
