Gelegen in het noorden van Montana in Santa Monica.
Mooi gloednieuw bovenverdieping appartement in onze Italiaanse Villa.
Privé ingang en verhuur is volledig privé.
Ga binnen in de foyer en stap de trap naar de ruime woonkamer met open haard, twee nieuwe comfortabele banken die beide in slaapzalen worden. (Queen size en Full size)
Twee lederen stoelen met tafel, Groot gloednieuw televisie scherm met kabel en wifi.
De woonkamer is 12 bij 16 voeten en opent in de zonlichtkeuken. Keuken is 12 bij 10 voeten en volledig uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft voor uw plezier.
De gang leidt naar de badkamer wastafel met de badkamer is 6 bij 6 voet en van rechts en de slaapkamer naar links.
Slaapkamer is 11 voeten met 12 voeten met een full size bed. Grote kast met schuifdeuren. Extra lakens en beddengoed voor de bankbedden zijn in deze kast.
Wasmachine en Droger voor uw gebruik.
De gehele tweede verdieping wordt verhuurd heeft een eigen ingang.

Our stay at Piccolo Bellagio was very comfortable, and you couldn't beat the location! Montana Ave and all of its restaurants were around the corner, and it was a lovely 1-mile walk to Ocean Ave. The apartment was a great place to relax after a long day, thanks to its comfortable living room. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was certainly well-equipped to do so if we'd wanted. We'd definitely make a return visit on our next trip to Santa Monica.

This is a cute rental in a great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. It is an easy 30 minute walk to the beach (there are steps down to the beach ). It was very clean and well stocked with items I needed to cook.
