'Woning ligt op mooie locatie in Malibu met zeer ruime kamers, balkons en keuken. Super voor groot gezin. Uitzicht super. Stranden net te ver om te lopen maar op hele korte rij afstand (<5 min) aantal hele mooie verschillende stranden. Voor ons als gezin met 4 kinderen (14/19) een super plek.'

'This house was recently remodeled and they thought of everything a guest might need. Beds and furniture are very comfortable, the kitchen and two bathrooms well-equipped. The push button door lock is easy to use, no fumbling with a key and lock box. Parking is easy, and the location could not be better. Grocery stores are close by, and a CVS is right around the corner.'

'Check-in was seamless and everything about the listing was accurate. Host was very friendly and quick to respond. Really unique part of the city and it was great to use this as a home base for our visit.'

'This was the perfect mini romantic weekend getaway from the busy city with such generous and sweet hosts (and their precious dogs!). The gorgeous backyard was spacious with so much room to lounge by the fire pits, run around, hit golf balls by the net, bbq, and much more. The pool and jacuzzi are both charming and relaxing, perfect for what we needed in a getaway. The guesthouse itself was also spacious and lovely, with plenty of room to feel comfortable and relaxed. 'We visited Malibu for the Pepperdine graduation. It is 5 minutes away from the school. The property is comfortable, clean, spacious, and minimalistic. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The host was very responsive. You can see the ocean from the kitchen windows which means you can also hear the cars on the PCH. This was the perfect spot for us and would stay here again.'

'We loved the Skyhill Oasis and how much space it provided. The hot tub with the outside TV was a great addition. The quiet residential area was a welcome contrast to the hustle and bustle of LA and the traffic. Universal is surprisingly close by, and the Getty and Griffith Observatory just short drives. 'View is gorgeous It’s definitely a hike up there and rough roads but they tell you that ahead of time so we were prepared. I do wish it was a little more updated in the rooms. It felt very bare and minimal and needs a couple touches. The upstairs neighbors were very loud and sounded like they were throwing stuff around all night. But we had a comfortable and pleasant stay otherwise. The view is wonderful'

'This was a great spot right outside LA. It was a quick drive to Universal Studios and Hollywood attractions. It was a nice quieter spot outside the city but still had easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. House was very modern and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to our needs.'

'I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.'
