'The house had all the space we needed for our large group. The food items for our arrival was an added bonus you don’t get in most rentals! This rental has all you need and more! We would rent again and recommend to large groups.'

'It’s hard to find, and there is very little outside lighting.'

'Having the golf cart, beach umbrellas and chairs was the best! It wasn't too far to walk, but with the kids it was easier to keep track of them. There were also surfboards, boogie boards, and plenty of pool toys. We were able to see 2 Starlink night launches (which were amazing) and the NASA launch to the ISS. A trip the kids will never forget!'

'We spend a week in Orlando with family each year. Wanted to come over to the coast for a couple of days. This place was great! Short walk to the ocean, plenty of things to do. Lots of room for the 5 of us. Would stay here again for sure.'

'We came into town for a wedding in Cocoa Beach and we’re so fortunate to have found the perfect place to stay. This house is surrounded by all the conveniences you need and was clean and well appointed. We had the best time with all the amenities, kayaking, fishing, sunbathing, and we saw tons of sea life, We were able to to communicate with the hosts easily, which made our stay very comfortable. 'The pool had debris in the bottom of the pool that needed cleaning. I grabbed the net to try to get some of it out but the net had a hole in it. I only went in the pool once. The sink in the main bathroom drains very slowly. Should be addressed before it is totally clogged up.'

'Great property. Plenty to do for all within the home. Enjoyed the game room, it’s the garage but doesn’t feel like it with the AC and all. Had all beach supplies, short easy walk to the beach too. Plenty of space to spread out. We’d stay again and recommend to anyone.'

'Place was clean and quiet. The guests in the rental next to us came and sat with us at the fire. When it started to rain we all sat in the kitchen/screen porch. A short walk to stores and places to eat as well. Only thing I would suggest is to maybe put a number or even a metal wall decoration on the doors so we can find the right doors easier. Thank you again. Oh and the snacks were a great touch.'

Everything that I needed was provided in the kitchenette, along with beach towels and chairs. Communication was very prompt and when I was having cell phone issues everything was handled by email. 'This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. We enjoyed our morning walks and were able to safely get in a few miles each day. Easy access to the beach, and parking on Cocoa is super easy, and not expensive compared to other beaches we've been to. You can easily walk a few blocks and be at the water, but we chose to drive so we could bring the beach...

'The beach house was delightfully decorated, very comfortable and had all of the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The beautiful beach was a short walk away in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for a family, with grocery and entertainment just a few minutes drive from the house.'

'Looks can be deceiving! When we pulled up, the house seemed small and dated. Inside was a different story. Lots of updates and plenty of space for our multi-aged family. The backyard was definitely the highlight. I’m not sure why the listing doesn’t have a photo to show the view from the hot tub but it was magnificent.
