This is a House that has been divided into individual private units and is set up to Host Vacations.

• 10 min to Downtown Cocoa Beach! Walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, shops, groceries and all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.
• Amazing outdoor space sit in in the back yard community space while you enjoy the propane fire pit, games, grills, seating and more.
• Beach gear, towels, umbrellas, chairs, coolers and sand toys
• You will be greeted with a welcome gift, your 1st beverage with snacks and your online Paradise Book. (Local Menus, discounts, attractions, maps, guides in unit)
• Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Roku, Hulu, ESPN, Disney+ on the big screen TV
• Full private kitchenette with everything you need.
• Private Bathroom stocked just in case you forget something (starter pack of toiletries)
• 1 bedrooms, and bathroom and a laundry machine located on site for your use
• All Beds/ Pillows are Brand New, Deluxe, Hypoallergenic with waterproof cover. Plush robes, large soft towels, classy bedding.

House Guidelines

Additional $150 credit card hold is required through our text message application which will be sent to you day of check-in. This is for incidentals or house rules broken. All visitors breaking the following Guidelines are cause for immediate cancellation without refund and forfeiture of $150 CC Hold.
• This is a smoke free property.
• No personal mail delivered to this property is allowed.
• No unregistered guests, unapproved parties or large gatherings.
• 1 designated parking spot per unit per City of Cocoa Beach
• No street parking or parking at neighboring properties any street parking could be subject to ticketing or towed at owner’s expense.
• No pets.
• No late checkouts, if 30 minutes or more late there will be a $30 per hour charge. After 12:01 pm you will be charged additional full night’s stay.
• An additional 50 cleaning fee will be applied for units that are beyond the normal clean up or if checkout is not followed
• Do not disturb other guests or enter other units
• Cameras and decibel sensors installed in shared areas for safety. Please do not tamper with cameras sensors.

House Guidelines for Long Term Guests - 14 Days or Longer

• Additional security deposit may be required for stays over 30 days or more
• Mandatory 14-day cleanings for all extended stays. This basic cleaning will be done every 2 weeks Fee of $25

• Unit must be available for weekly pest maintenance. We will make guest aware when we need access.
