'This house is PERFECT!! has everything you need! From beach toys to a wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas. Pool towels. Everything you would find in your own home. Bring clothes and food. Thats all you need! The hot tub didnt work while we were there, we did reach out to the property about it, said someone would come out. They never did. Wasnt a huge deal. Hopefully they fix it.. everything else was great! Enjoy your stay here '

'We really enjoyed our stay. The outside of the unit isn’t the most appealing but the inside made up for it. The checkin process was super easy. We didn’t have any issues with the code to get in the unit. The hot tub worked great. The place is in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The beach as well. If ever visiting Cocoa again would definitely stay there again. '
