'This was easy to find location that is right in between the inlet side and the ocean side allow you access to both sides of Coca Beach. Everything was clean and was easily accessible. A quick walk to the beach and we saw a rocket launch and sea turtle tracks. The owner was fantastic about answering questions and giving local insights. We will definately be staying again. '

'Very nice and cosy house, beautifully decorated. Beach is at walking distance and beach stuff is available at the house Neighbours are very friendly and helpfull. Great place to go to the beach, Disneyland or Cape Canaveral.'

'We have had a wonderful stay at cottage #227. It was exactly the kind of place we were looking for: friendly and cozy. The decor inside is so welcoming and the garden is lovely with gorgeous landscaping and a very relaxing hammock. We also loved sitting outside on the porch under de big tree. And being able to walk to the beach (the kids loved pushing the cart with all the beach gear provided), as well as to many places in Cocoa Beach, was something really special. Our family enjoyed our trip and our hosts were responsive, kind, and made the stay great! The coffee bar was a huge bonus and the beach gear made the trip so much better. We would stay here again. '

'It used to be a business property, which made it a little different, but the location and the layout worked perfectly. Extremely short walks to the beach and great food spots, and it had everything we needed. All-around great experience.'
