'Our stay at Andrew's property was amazing. The home was easy to locate, a safe and beautiful area, parking was directly in front of the house. The house itself was cozy, quaint, beautiful, well decorated, extremely clean, and offered every amenity we needed. The walk out to the beach was so wonderful, we decided not to explore as much as we usually do, but instead to relax at the house, and on the beach as much as we could. 'Cute, quaint, little cottage! Good for four people. Clean, walk to the beach within minutes, near eateries and restaurants with the use of the golf cart which is included. Everything you need for home, is already here!'

'It is always nice to stay in a place where it seems you are the first people to ever stay there. The house was so cute and very clean. The thoughtfulness of all the small things was so appreciated. Front porch had seating to relax. Kitchen was well stocked with things needed to cook, bake, clean, mix cocktails, or even do a crockpot meal. The coffee maker was equipped to brew ground coffee as well as pods and supplied were creamer, sugars and pods. There were lap blankets on the couch. Flat...

'It's a very nice cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a most excellent view and short walk to the beach. Sitting on the shaded patio overlooking the water was so nice. We were impressed with all the amenities. The kitchen had the most thorough set of utensils for cooking just about anything you'd want. The only thing that might be an issue is the smaller shower. If you're a big guy and/or oversized, it might feel a little tight, but still doable. I would definitely stay here again.'

'We had the loveliest weekend in this cottage. We would definitely recommend and stay again. The natural surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The interior is beautiful, modern, and comfortable. Owners clearly care about this property and making their guests feel at home. We chose this cottage for its described proximity to downtown St. Augustine. I wouldn't say it's "next to" downtown, as it took us about 20 minutes to walk to that area. However it was an easy walk and not a problem for us...

"Perfect hotel als je de dag erna redelijk vroeg vliegt. Je zit in 3 minuten bij de check in balies. Starbucks in de terminal is 24/7 open en op 1 minuur loopafstand. Security op 20 seconden lopen. Echt ideaal. Enige nadeel is dat het restaurant best duur is"

"Waste of money and time. Staff is rude and in competent. It starts already with the valet parking (lost the car 2 times) and it continues to the checkin (took them 45 minutes for VIP and staff had a “I don’t give sh*t” mentality. Further to the pool where the whole system doesn’t work if you order a drink. I think this hotel is ‘sick’ and need a good doctor. All staff is looking for is a huge tip. Don’t go here, it’s very expensive which is okay, but you’d expect value for money. Well not in this hotel. Please spend your money somewhere else !!"
