'This was a great place to stay. It was very close to the wedding venue and other places to shop and play. The kids especially enjoyed the splash pad. It was nice to have a separate apartment for my parents who needed a break from the kids every once in a while. there was plenty of parking and the host was easy to contact if we had any questions.We would suggest fixing the pool table pocket and the cue tips. Also, it would be nice for the guests who stay in the apartment to have a way to get into...

'Better name would be "Centrally Located" instead of "Lake Front" because there is no lake. Property was overcrowded with knick knacks and worn uncomfortable furniture. Bedrooms were fine and location was great. GT Bray is spectacular recreation facility within a mile. Layout of the place is good. Community is great. Icemaker, garbage disposal didn't work. Had to replace 6 lightbulbs upon arrival. Two more lightbulbs in ceiling are still out because we couldn't reach them. Property booklet...

'We had a wonderful stay at Anna Maria Summerwind! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The heated pool was so refreshing! Alexandra is a terrific host and very easy to communicate with. Summerwind is very convenient to everything we needed. It's only 5 miles from Anna Maria/Holmes Beach and about 5 miles to GT Bray Recreation Center. The best pickleball and tennis facility we ever experienced!'
