'Loved this cute little house! The location was perfect to walk to the shops at Bridge St. No pool, but the beach is so close - just a short walk down the street. The house has a washer & dryer and everything was clean & in working order. The only negative I would have is the master bed is really firm & could use a mattress topper to make it a little more comfortable. Overall great house - it’s small but the layout works well. 'Nice bathrooms and bedrooms! Very nice small chlorine pool… only drawback is if you have a large party sharing the pool next door. Great communication with owner, met while there. Missed having an outdoor shower, but other than that very nice. '

'Wow, what a beautiful condo. Tastefully decorated and very spacious. The layout and decor just works. The terrace is netted and has a view towards the ocean. You can see it through the palm trees. You have an open/light feeling when staying there. Our childrens (11 & 12) shared the sofa bed, it is quite wide so no issue for them. The master bedroom with adjacent bathroom is pure luxe. 'Amazing place and location '

'The 4 stars is because the spiral staircase to the third bedroom is in the way of everyone’s head. My husband who is 5’10” hit his head twice on it and my 5’1” daughter hit her head on it after coming down the stairs. The staircase needs to be padded or roped off. '

It appeared to have undergone a recent remodel, which added to its charm. With five guests—two couples and a 15-year-old—the house was perfectly suited for our group. 'We have been to AMI before, but this was by far our favorite location. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Wanda, the property manger. The cottage has all the conveniences of home and is just steps from the beach. There is a small patio off of the master bedroom that is perfect for morning coffee. Our only regret is not booking at least one more day. '
