'considering the prices and the overall renovated room, its okay not great. reception can be better with info and or willingness ! room was okay ( bathroom had spots on the ceiling) and sofa in the living room too old/ no boiler for some hot water. location is good but service can be improved on many departments. '

'The location was absolutely fantastic. So close to everything on the north end, which is the part of the island that we really preferred. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach cart provided was life-changing for all our future beach vacations!Only suggestion I have would be to add curtains to the bedroom. Even with the blinds shut, it still gets pretty bright in there in the morning.'

'The resort is nice. Theres nothing special about it other than a nice pool and hot tub with limited customers. Views from the pool deck are great in the mornings. The suite 1 is misrepresented. It does not have a refrigerator or kitchenette or microwave. Communication with rod and reel isn’t great. We had issues with no AC for two nights. The manager attempted to repair is right away then had to call in experts. The poor communication was after the stay when I asked for a discount. Haven’t heard...

'This property is gorgeous! From the pool to watching dolphins, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Our only little complaint would be the shower head did not have enough water pressure for our liking. Another added bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella that they provided for us to take to the beach. This was a nice touch since we flew and could not bring beach necessities. We so loved our stay of 5 days!'

'Stunning resort !!! 100% recommended… 3 minutes walking distance to the best and most spectacular bean point beach!!!'

'Perfect for families with kids. Steps from lagoon AND beach access AND shopping. Location is perfect!'

'Ligging is perfect. Prima faciliteiten in een niet-te-groot hotel. '

'Great location to the beach. Nice pool, nice bar. Do not get a room near the tiki bar. You're woken up early in the morning by staff power washing the floors right outside the rooms.'

'I'm already staying at this resort since 2012, and this was the worst night ever. We didn't sleep the whole night because of the extreme noise in the hallway. There were ventilators or something else making a real hard noise. I asked for a room as high as possible, and you gave me one on the second floor with the extreme noise. I understand that you cannot guarantee a room on a certain floor, but if you pay this kind of money for a 4 star resort, you expect a room where you can sleep during...

'Sehr in die Jahre gekommen! Bar und Pool waren geschlossen!'

'Hotel is partly under construction. Place needs maintenance. Breakfast place roof was leaking. Pool area under construction.'
