'We’ve stayed here before, easy access to beach and pool. Road noise a little loud. Since patio is in front. Owner John quick to reply to concerns. My only suggestion is outside areas could use some maintenance.'

'This is a very nice location, close to the beach and Main Street but yet far enough away that it’s quiet! The unit was very clean an organized and great for someone that is OCD:)) The owners were very kind and quick response. You won’t be disappointed'

'We really enjoyed our week at the Villa! Well stocked! It was so nice to have ample towels and not have to constantly be doing laundry! The kids were so entertained with all the beach toys and we were happy with the beach umbrellas, etc! Villa was very clean and well kept. Will consider this Villa for a future rental. Thank you!'

'We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The listing mentioned washer/dryer and I assumed that was in unit and it wasn’t. The freezer didn’t have an ice maker or ice trays. The upstairs neighbors were heavy footed. I would stay here again as long as I didn’t need to wash anything. I never did find a washer and dryer, but I also didn’t look very hard around the property.'

The others who live and rent in the area are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed visiting nearby areas of Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, Lido Island and Brandenton.'

'If you are looking for a luxury stay on Siesta Key, look no further. This house is incredibly gorgeous, has all you need, and it is calming with the pool in the middle. The pier was great, the outdoor space was awesome, and overall, it was one of the best trips because of this property! The property manager and owners are fabulous as well!!'

Geweldig!
"Wat een geweldig hotel. We verbleven met een gezin van 5 in een appartement met 3 slaapkamers. Het is heerlijk ruim, geweldige badkamer met een hele fijne douche en de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ze zijn enorm gastvrij en alles is schoon en goed verzorgd. Een kleine opmerking: ontbijt had iets uitgebreider gemogen, bijv. een wafelijzer voor de kinderen. Op het strand staan genoeg strandbedjes klaar voor iedereen. Het zand is super zacht, de zee lekker warm. Kortom: perfect! Het beste hotel van onze rondreis."
