'Everything you need to be comfortable was available and the blue island colors were right out of Mamma Mia. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were cool and comfortable. TVs in each room were a great way for teenagers to separate and unwind after a busy beach day. The pool and ping ping table were a delight! All the beach chairs, toys and umbrellas especially were awesome additions and made a long beach day possible. All that was missing were a cooler and boogie boards so bring those...

'Just bring your toothbrush and a few changes of clothing because this home has everything you need! The home is in a small, quiet neighborhood with no thru traffic which adds more safety to the environment. The location is perfect, as traffic is drawn more towards the public access, though the town isn't overly populated anyway. The private beach access is just across the street, as a 5 minute walk or a 2 minute bike ride. During a holiday week, we were one of only 2 families on the entire beach...

'Stan and Liz exceeded our expectations! Beach towels, bikes, beach chairs…. that’s what we wanted and there was so much more! The pool was warm, the house was very clean, bedrooms were so comfy and the spacious walk in closet helped us stay organized! Manasota Beach was only a mile away (shark teeth ) and it was 15 minutes to Caspersen Beach. We will be coming back for another week long stay. This teacher gives this house an A! '
