'The only reason I am giving more than one star is that the woman host gave me money back after this incident. I arrived and noticed it was dirty so I informed the host. Multiple areas of the home were dirty including the hot tub which is not sanitary. Upon informing the host a man appeared at the rental drunk and started yelling at me a female who is much younger than him.He was rude and tried to tell me I was seeing things. I told him to touch the dirty areas and visible things such as hairs...

'We loved the location! Just a short walk across the street to the beach! Close the the Cortez bridge and marina for easy dining and getting off the Island easily! Very clean and outfitted with all we needed! Having beach chairs in good condition was a real plus! The courtyard is so well kept and we used the grill and ate outside! We had a great stay!!!!!'

The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches...

'Cottage was perfect with lots of natural light and clean lines. It’s in a safe and convenient location with easy access to downtown and about 10-12 miles from Anna Maria Island. The bed was super comfortable as well! Communication with the host was excellent.'

'Property itself was great, its on top of a pizza place (good pizza spot) but you can hear the music from downstairs (only an issue if you dont like music). Only one parking spot so plan ahead - I would book again. Not related to the property but the management company could have been more helpful - we were only staying at the property for one night and we asked for a late check out, never heard back. While we left at the required time, we happen to be grabbing a pizza at 3p when the cleaning...
