'Very modern and clean. Very short walk to the beach. Outside common area was well maintained and hotel provided games and bbq as well. Able to walk to restaurants and convenient store.'

'The property was in the perfect location! Walk on direction and you are standing on a beautiful beach in under 5 mins. Walk the other direction and you are on the strip with lots of wonderful places to eat in undet 10 mins. We will be going back.'

'Leuk complex en goede service. Kregen een andere kamer ivm de slechte staat van de slaapbank. De 2e kamer was in veel betere staat (gerenoveerd). De afstand naar Siesta Key/village was verder dan verwacht. Wij vonden het strand in Naples en Hollywood Fl. mooier.'

'This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for a day but quickly realized it wasn’t worth it as everything is so close. Bedrooms do vary greatly in size - there are a couple on the third floor that are very small but the other 4 are all a good size. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Only real issue and nothing to do with the house or management were the Misquotes …. in July during our visit...

'The property was great. No issues aside from the noisy ceiling fan. Also the listing on Expedia was not the Tiny house we got. Listing depicted a loft and we did not receive that. But otherwise great stay.'

'Wat een geweldig hotel. We verbleven met een gezin van 5 in een appartement met 3 slaapkamers. Het is heerlijk ruim, geweldige badkamer met een hele fijne douche en de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ze zijn enorm gastvrij en alles is schoon en goed verzorgd. Een kleine opmerking: ontbijt had iets uitgebreider gemogen, bijv. een wafelijzer voor de kinderen. Op het strand staan genoeg strandbedjes klaar voor iedereen. Het zand is super zacht, de zee lekker warm. Kortom: perfect! Het beste...

'A quiet, comfortable, and clean place close to the beach. Unfortunately, the 10 a.m. check-out time is inconvenient; you have to rush out to meet the check-out time and can't enjoy anything that day. They should consider changing it to at least 11 a.m.'

'Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks! '

'Ligging is goed. Tussen het strand en de straat met restaurantjes in. Beiden makkelijk te lopen. Veilig gevoel in de buurt. Kamers zijn prima. Fijn dat er een keukentje in zit en grote koelkast. Zwembad is groot genoeg met ligbedden. Je kan allerlei strandspullen gebruiken van het hotel. Aardige eigenaar. Er zijn zoals je in andere recensies leest idd regels, maar niks extreem. Gewone fatsoensnormen lijkt mij. Fijn verblijf gehad. Zou zeker terug gaan. '

'This place is a small piece of paradise, a few steps and you are in Siesta Beach. It’s so quiet considering it’s in a corner lot with lots of human and vehicle traffic. The ambiance is so lively yet cozy because people are well behaved and friendly. We will definitely come back.'

'The PERFECT Anna Maria beach house! New, gorgeous, light-filled, immaculately clean: this house has been so thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, no detail is missed. Even better than the pictures. The vibe is luxurious but uncluttered, casual, comfortable elegance. Great views; best location on the island. The hosts are kind, attentive and easy-going. Can’t recommend it highly enough!'

"Groot, luxe hotel met vriendelijke ontvangst. Groot parkeerterrein. Grote kamer met breed, fijn bed en goede kussens. Grote TV met veel zenders, magnetron en koelkast aanwezig. Geen kluisje. Volop aflegmogelijkheden. Grote bank en zitje aanwezig. Superfijne en stille airco. Veel stopcontacten. Snelle wifi. Ruime badkamer met dubbele wastafels. Douche in bad en schuifbaar douchescherm. Gratis badartikelen. Elke dag schone handdoeken en schoonmaken van de kamer. We wilden graag 1 dagje naar het strand en we kregen strandstoeltjes, Parasol en strandhandoeken aangeboden. Buitenzwembad aanwezig. Ontbijt is in een gezellige ruimte en is vrij uitgebreid met verse wafels en pancakes."
