'The area was great and we felt safe walking around town. The kitchenette was stocked well even though we didn't use it. If we are able to come back to St. Pete we would likely stay here again.'

'The property is falsely advertised as a bed and breakfast. It even says “bed and breakfast” on the entrance, and the rate is higher than other properties in the neighborhood. But it’s a sham, there is no breakfast, there is no staff on site to clean your room or change the towels, and the owner is full of crap when you complain. Do yourself a favor and look for another place to stay. Don’t take my word for it- look at reviews going back to 2024 calling them out on this. '

'This place is super cute and perfect location. Beach across the street and walking distance to John's pass and local restaurants and stores. I will definitely recommend this place and would stay again. The only thing is that beach chairs needs an upgrade, also when I went looking for the chairs that are below the bed it was REALLY dirty down there. 'Communication with concierge was top notch. While they are not on property, response time for anything was quick. Great location to walk to pier area. Free trolley stop just down the street. Comfortable beds/linens. Good AC when needed. Everything was great for 3 adults. We used kitchen just to have refrigerator, didn’t use stovetop nor did we cook. 'Loved being able to connect with a friendly and helpful person when I had questions. Location was excellent and it was great to have parking included at the Museum - which made me go see the Museum too. The room was clean, convenient, and well equipped.'
