'The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot.'

'Great location. One block from beach, restaurants and pier. Communal pool was a bonus. Not sure if enough shade/sunbeds during busy periods? Saying that we had no issues. Would have liked the picture in the bathroom to be replaced with shelving/cabinet as very tight in there. Bed/pillows was fantastic.'

'This a such a cute property, pretty spot and well equiped and super clean. It was a quick 2 min walk to the beach or the bay and has quiete streets I felt comfortable walking on alone day or night. The trolly stop is just at the end of the street.There is lots of construction in the area as properties are still recovering from devistating hurricanes 2 years ago, but it wasnt disruptive at all. 'Loved sitting on the balcony outside the room each morning for coffee, listening to the birds & watching the waves on the beach across Gulf Drive, an excellent view, unobstructed by palm trees or buildings. However, must note that there was fairly loud traffic noises along this busy roadway, plus landscapers, trucks & large vehicle noises preventing us from hearing the Gulf waves.
