'The property was clean, comfortable, and in a very good location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, one thing that I did not find acceptable was the $1,500 security deposit. I was told that the deposit could take up to two weeks to be returned, and I am still waiting for the money to be credited back to my account. I understand that security deposits may take some time to process, but holding $1,500 for two weeks after the stay, especially when there were no damages or issues, does not...

'We discovered Anna Maria Island about eight years ago! This place is BUSY now! It is great to see that people are recovering from Helene & Milton. This place was super clean and newly remodeled. It is 20 feet from the main road and LOUD at night from traffic noise. Sleeping is difficult, so bring a noise machine!VERY close walk to the beach! They have a wagon and chairs which is very convenient! Close walk to shops and eateries. Thank you for letting us stay!'

'Great beachfront condo, it only took us a few minutes to walk to the water. The place was clean and spacious enough for my family of 4. Only recommendation would be a better way to rinse feet and beach objects - we tracked a lot of sand in! EJ was a great host and quick to respond for all communication. 'Dan and Crystal are excellent hosts! They respond instantly to answer any questions. The sweet condo has everything you need for relaxation. Outdoor lounge chairs were nice to use! 'I really enjoyed the property because it was a beautiful beachfront apartment, clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, always answering any questions and providing assistance right away when needed. The beach itself was spotless, peaceful, and not crowded at all, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. I will recommend 100%. '
