'The studio room we stayed in was decent for the price, but I did not sit on the fabric chairs in the room because they were a little dirty and the small chair had mildew on it.'

'Great stay but two minor issues just due to the fact that I think this is a new build/newly renovated building, the rest of the stay was fabulous, clean and aesthetically pleasing: Outlets on one half of the unit did not work so no TV or device charging from the dining table area which was sort of weird. I had a unit that was super close to the door that you have to code into to get to the placemakr units from the hallway, and that hallway door is comically loud and slams pretty bad. Even...

'The view was amazing. We saw more bears during our drive to and from the condo than in the actually smoky mountain hikes and drives. Hot tub was not working one of the days we attempted. Laundry facilities were handy. Beds were ridiculously hard but that is pretty common with rentals. Kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils and kitchenware. Neighborhood felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good.'

'The hotel is amazing!! Very beautiful and clean. We had an issue with not getting the room at 4pm as promised so we unfortunately had to wait longer. Also had an issue with the ac unit leaking water but maintenance fixed it up quickly. Overall I will say it’s a great place to stay at.'
