'Very unprofessional, 0 communication. I had to communicate with customer service just for him to tell me that the unit wasn’t available although I paid. I was left stranded and forced to find a place hours later when the issue could’ve been resolved with basic communication. '

'The room is perfect for a weekend getaway for couples. It is exactly like the description - "cozy". It was ideal for what I needed, close to JFK and parking. This neighborhood surprised me. It's super quiet, away from the busy city life of NYC. Who knew?! I love it! I would definitely stay again. '

'Very cute place, didn't realize there would be steep stairs but it was fine. Instructions upon check-in were very clear and concise, the lock was a little strange when closing the door but we didn't have any real issues with it. We had our own bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom to ourselves; we were able to control the temperature with minimal issue, although one window kept trying to raise up in the kitchen, but we managed to get it to stay down.
