'No complaints - simple but clean and efficient. Quite at night. Close to transit and walking distance to popular destinations. Not to mention, the neighborhood itself was cool and had some great boutique restaurants and bars. All good. '

Due to the fact that the window of the room faced the street, the noise of cars and buses can be annoying if you need to rest. I would recommend asking for a room on the opposite side. Other than that, it is a no expensive and clean place to be close to the beach. '

'The apartment is clean, the water pressure is good, the hot water comes on right away, the tv is a little tricky to get to work right, and the automatic door lock kinds of sticks, you have to give it a good push to open up. No complaints, walking distance to Prospect Park, enjoyed walking around the park. Great time!'

'Do not book this place. For starters, the host gave us the wrong address. Then, the host gave us the wrong code for the lock box, and ended up finding the key was literally lying on the ground outside in the dirt.The apartment itself was disgusting and clearly not prepared for guests.See pics.After the guests before us left, the cleaning crew never came by to clean.There were no sheets on the bed, dirty sheets left in the washer, dirty dishes piled in the sink, bags of garbage by the front door,...
