'The in-room coffee machine was extremely loud, had video instructions only, didn't work half the time, and only made tiny cups of coffee. The room was unbearably hot; they didn't have any notices that the room's thermostat would only produce hot air no matter the setting. I had to go downstairs in the middle of the night to inquire, and was told that it only produces heat until the summer, and the only option was to open the window. I had to push to even get a fan. The windows only barely...

'The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's in a nice neighborhood, very picturesque and close to downtown Manhattan. As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. 'This apartment was perfect for our family! Subway station is super close and convenient. Safe, quiet, and nice neighborhood and close to downtown (10-15 min by train). Our family was very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were super cozy and washer and dryer. Host was incredibly friendly and communicated from the start all the details. They were so kind to let us drop our luggage a bit early! My family kept saying how a great place it was! Thank you for a lovely stay. '
