'The apartment is well located and very nicely accommodated. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Three of the four bedrooms do now contain new portable air-conditioning units. There is no air-conditioning in the 3rd bedroom, kitchen/living area, or bath. The first week of Julne had hot days and the temperature never fell below 80 degrees in most areas. 'We highly recommend this property!! It is beautifully decorated, centrally located and extremely clean!! We had a group of 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a 4 month old baby. We had more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning/heating unit so that you can have your room at your individual desired temperature. 'The appartment was located quite central so you coud go easily to all highlights. Also a lot kf restaurants and supermarkets were nearby. The floor wasn’t really clean as were some of the cups and plates. There was supposed to be a hairdryer but there wasn’t, the manager arranged one later. It took quite some time before I got a reaction to questions. '

'The host was very professional and accommodating. The apartment met our expectations according to the listing and was conveniently situated for Uber and the subway. '

'The Hilton is well maintained and it was a fantastic location, but I do think the picture of the room with the couch needs to be pulled from the listing. That is not the room you get and it can be confusing when booking.'

'The unit was amazing. It was just as pictured! 4 separate bedrooms - 3 with queens and one with 2 queens. There are three total full baths, one of which is an ensuite. It was a Very quick walk to the train station. The unit was spacious and clean. The area is quiet with a few bodegas and late night pizza nearby. Communication with the host was really easy and the checkin/checkout was flexible as our flights changed. We plan on staying again during our next visit to NYC. '

'What an amazing gem in the middle of New York City! Four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, looked freshly renovated and was very clean! The owner even provided bottled water and coffee pods! And there's a washer and dryer IN the unit! The best part of my review, though, is that we left a set of AirPods when we checked out, and they went out of their way to mail them to us!!!!!!'

'My son and I went to NYC for Spring Break. This apartment is walking distance to Columbus Circle, which makes it easy to get around. Food and groceries are also within walking distance. I really enjoyed the backyard space. Check in was tricky because we flew in and did not arrive until after 5pm.'

'Extremely convenient for any activities on UWS and easy access to Central Park and public transport. Small, as expected for NYC. Communication for check-in was a bit confusing, but worked out. Got no reply to a followup question- we had only one key so that required a lot of coordination with my family member. Bathroom was a bit mildewy and towels had stains, but sheets very clean and soft. Kitchenette is functional. Overall we were happy with the stay, especially the location.'

'Don’t even think twice: staying in the Green Room will make your time in the city amazing. Follow the helpful instructions to enter the apartment and it is like entering the Emerald City. No really, the pigeons aren’t flying monkeys but the neighborhood is magical. Elegant and thoughtful touches throughout the apartment abound. Like well tended house plants and beautiful woodwork.
