'We had a fabulous time exploring NYC. This little apartment was in the perfect location, a few blocks from Grand Central station which made taking the subway anywhere a breeze. The apartment was great, perfect for 2 people. We had a little mixup about keys but it was a minor snag. The apt isn’t high end but it has everything you need, it was quiet and in a great location'

'This property was a fraud, I could not check in, host was unreachable the telephone number provided was disconnected for NYCshortstays, the address listed led us to an abandoned building. Customer service has been very difficult to work with, no refund has been processed for 4 days and I had to pay for a different accommodation. Horrible experience after years of trusting Expedia. '

The location is perfect, close to excellent restaurants and attractions and public transportation. 'Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again!'
