'The apartment was clean, cute, and comfortable. It’s a basement unit with a small kitchen, but a spacious living and dining area. The queen-size bed was comfortable, there was good closet space, and having two bathrooms with great showers was a big plus. We felt safe, and the location was ideal—very close to Greenpoint, where we were visiting family daily, which made it perfect for our stay. Subway access is nearby, and while there is an overhead train you can hear at first, we quickly got used...

'Solid location in LIC! Super close to subway, the space was bigger than it looked than the pictures. Also keep in mind you're in NYC. Kitchen, fridge, work desk if needed, dining table, bed, restroom, the necessities. I understand there are some concerns about communication but he was pretty responsive. Just a great value spot that I'd definitely come back to if I were to stay in LIC again!'
