'Check-in was pretty easy and the communication with Rikki was great. Kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom is small but that is not a problem. We visited at an incredibly hot time so the air conditioners had a hard time coping but that would have been anywhere. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and my grandson slept on the futon and had no complaints. We ate breakfast in and got back to the apartment late, so it worked great for us. '

'The property is definitely a good size for New York and our family was comfortable there. The location in the UWS was great - just a couple blocks from Central Park and the subway. The check in process is a little funky in that you don’t get any of the check in information until literally right before check in time which I didn’t love but it worked out okay. The only major issue was that the property description indicated there was a travel crib there but when we checked in we didn’t find one....

'My daughter and I stayed in a different property than this one, they had to move us because of some plumbing issues at the one we booked. But no matter, the place we ended up staying was absolutely amazing! It was probably better than the one that we were booked for because we were just a couple of blocks from Lincoln Center the property itself was very clean and easy to get in and out of. I would absolutely want to book with this company again!'
