'The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's in a nice neighborhood, very picturesque and close to downtown Manhattan. As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. Keep in mind that you have to climb three flights of stairs, which can be tough if you're tired from walking around the city. Otherwise, it's impeccable. '

'Das Appartement ist insgesamt etwas abgerockt und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Fenster sind undicht, es kommt kalte Luft her, was das schlafen sehr unangenehm macht, da das Bett direkt am Fenster ist. Warmwasser dauert lange bis es dann warm ist und man duschen kann. Hier fehlt der Hinweis dazu. Das Appartement war leider nicht wirklich sauber, sodass wir selber Hand angelegt und durchgewischt haben. '

'We were so happy with our stay this past week. It is a great location and for the most part, quiet evenings. The street side bedroom can be a tad loud from where the gap filler is around ac unit but ear plugs helped. I will say it was quite warm and have no ability to adjust heat since I was told it is regulated by the building. We had some out of season cold days. We opened a window and let some fresh cool air in and this was on the quiet nights. We would stay here again. The shower was great. '
