'Host was a great communicator. The apartments in good location and near several nice restaurants.Was having hot water was inconsistent, and there were very large roaches. The bathroom was not clean.The apartment is well-equipped.'

'Accomodation suited our needs (7 adults & 2 kids). Location was fantastic. Not too far to walk to any major attraction with a 7 year old. Some of the heating pipes in the rooms were a bit dangerous as my son burnt his arm as he walked past one. Everything else was great. Would gladly recommend this property'

'We had a great stay. The apartment makes very efficient use of space and felt comfortable for our group. We arrived very late for check-in, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful, which we really appreciated after a long travel day. We also had a quick question about the space during our stay, and they came out immediately to make sure everything was taken care of. 'This is a cute loft apartment. Access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs, and the apartment is close to other apartments. There are two full/queen beds, and a sofa that folds into a bed. It is perfect for a family! There were one or two cosmetic defects (scratches on frig, chip on bathroom cabinet) but it was totally fine! It is a kitchenette. Near markets, pizza. About 15 minute walk to time square. I would recommend!!'

Die Fenster sind undicht, es kommt kalte Luft her, was das schlafen sehr unangenehm macht, da das Bett direkt am Fenster ist. Warmwasser dauert lange bis es dann warm ist und man duschen kann. Hier fehlt der Hinweis dazu. Das Appartement war leider nicht wirklich sauber, sodass wir selber Hand angelegt und durchgewischt haben. '
