'This was a great apartment for our family of four. The check in process and communication with the host were very straightforward. The apartment was clean and comfortable even during the unseasonably hot weather. The location was great for accessing public transit and many major attractions were a short ride away. We would definitely stay again on a return trip. '

'We highly recommend this property!! It is beautifully decorated, centrally located and extremely clean!! We had a group of 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a 4 month old baby. We had more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning/heating unit so that you can have your room at your individual desired temperature. 'We stayed here with 3 senior boys for their graduation trip. And, it was beyond our expectations. The boys didn’t want to go to the Edge bc they loved the condo so much . The views are out of this world. My next trip, I will definitely stay here again because nothing else comes close in terms of space and location. The communication was top notch. I am so spoiled now and can’t imagine staying anywhere else!!!! Thank you for everything. '

'Our group had a great time staying here. The accommodations are just as pictured, the location in midtown is excellent and it was extremely easy and convenient to check in and communicate with the host throughout. Pretty unbeatable value for the area, would definitely stay here again'

'Couldn’t ask for a better location!! Super cool historic building and great apartment. Very comfortable beds and comfy space. Nice common area/library in the lobby. Great bar and restaurant attached to lobby as well. Would stay again for sure! '

'Everything was as advertised, clean and very spacious. Very good location, walking distance from many things. There were several subway station super close, we rode those during the day (until about 8pm) then took Ubers at night. I felt safe and the whole family had a great time!!'

'We are EXTREMELY picky! This apartment was perfect! Location is incredible and very spacious for this part of town. Cleanliness is a must for us, as we own a residential/commercial cleaning company. This home was spotless! I can not express how pleased we were with the accommodations. If you are needing a place in NYC, this is the one you need to pick. It is officially our home, anytime we are back in the city. Thank you to the hosts!!'

'Our family of 5 adults and 2 kids stayed for a four day weekend. This place was wonderful in that it had a good washer/dryer and bedrooms for everyone. Kitchen has great appliances and lots of glasses/cups/ect. But the best part was the location. Four blocks from Penn Station and surrounded by lots of great places to get food. Host was very available for assistance and check in/out. Would definitely come back.'

'Beautiful home in a lovely and safe part of town. Incredibly spacious, especially for NYC standards, and beautifully appointed down to the smallest detail. Stayed with the entire family and everyone felt like they were living in the lap of luxury with enough space to not be on top of one another. The host was super responsive and super helpful. Could not ask for more and will definitely stay again.'

'The place is amazing with breathtaking views especially at night. Very comfortable beds and modern furnishings. Host was fantastic with quick responses and very knowledgeable of everything NYC! I highly recommend this place!'
