Met with someone to get the keys and she was very patient with us as our uber from the airport hit major traffic. Everything was great!

The address on the listing is fake while the picture in the listing shows a residential area, the actual location is in a very busy commercial street with a bus stop in front of the building. The access door is between 3 restaurants. Then you have to go up 3 floors on a narrow steep staircase carrying your suitcases. It is also 2 blocks away from a hospital, thus there are sirens night a day. One of the bedrooms has no windows, the other 2 face the street. The larger room has a window that does not fully close hence you hear all the noises, trucks, buses, honking, people talking and laughing. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels, no way to make ice cubes. There was no remote for the TV, it took 2 days to get a remote after we reported to the management. The plug in the inside bedroom is loose, a danger. Window in the bathroom won't stay open. Had I seen the actual location on the video of the listing, I would have never rented it.

Honestly, this was a very disappointing stay. When we booked, the check in time was listed as 3pm. We were initially told we could (possibly) check in at 12pm, which we understood was an accommodation, but that kept getting pushed back to 2:30pm and then 4pm. We stood outside waiting for someone to let us in and we didn’t actually get into the property until around 5pm! So we lost several hours of our stay waiting to get inside.What was even more frustrating was that we were told the delay was because the current guest left their bags there and the property needed additional time to be cleaned. When we finally got inside, the property was in fact not cleaned. There was a fake nail, someone’s AirPod, a pill, empty wrappers, and a bottle cap on the floor. There was hair in the shower, there was dirt and debris on the floors that were not swept up made by the previous guest, and there was a substance on the wall going toward the bedrooms that appeared to be fecal matter. We took pictures of these issues.We also asked about getting a little extra time at checkout because we lost so much time waiting to get into the property, but we were left waiting for an answer until shortly before checkout.Overall, the communication was so awful and cleanliness was extremely disappointing. I understand that delays can happen, but being made to wait until around 5 PM and then walking into a property that was still visibly unclean was not acceptable. Very disappointed in our stay.
