'It was a very nice place, with an awesome location. Very comfortable. I tried communicating with host before hand and couldn’t get any responses. Finally was contacted a couple hours before check in. Everything was good in the apartment except for the shower curtain flies into the shower and clings to you when showering. A little annoying. Maybe get heavier one. And it would be nice to have a role of paper towels and some extra trash bags in the apartment. Other than that we’re were happy! '

'This property is perfect for a family. 4 bed & 2 bath!! The location is exactly where we wanted to be. It’s blocks from Madison square garden! So many great things to do right out the door. Highly recommend. '

'We had a great stay at this 3 bedroom apartment in Chelsea! The location was perfect - within walking distance to the West Village, Meatpacking District, and tons of great restaurants, shops, and galleries. It’s a vibrant, safe area with everything you need close by. The apartment was compact, but well kept - neat & clean. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a 4-day stay in the city. The host was easily contactable whenever we had questions, which made for a great experience...

'The property was spacious, clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked great, and laundry facilities a real plus. Everything was as advertised, and communication with the property manager was easy and painless. Would definitely recommend this property!'

'Instructions very clear and straightforward, place was easy to find. Close to attractions in midtown and subway so really easy to get around. Apartment was exactly as shown, clean and neat. We were a group of 5 adults and suited us well, more than enough space and very comfortable. Highly recommend! '

'This place was great. It has nice furnishings, well lit, beds are comfortable, each room has its own AC, it is easy to get into, close enough to the subway (1.5 blocks), has an elevator! We were celebrating a 70 birthday trip with my mom to NYC for the first time in her life. The apartment was great and comfortable and was a good landing place for the 4 days we were in the big city. The host was responsive and easy to text with. He even called to check in with me. '

'Comfortable apartment, perfect for two. Nice size kitchen, useful office area with desk. Standout feature is location. Walking distance to main museums, Rochefeller Centre, Madison Sq G, Central Park, 5 min walk to several good theatres and Restaurant Row. Hell's Kitchen reputed to be a little noisy but this apartment is down side street and is quiet at night. Was perfect for our 9 day visit.'

"Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Dat was nog beter geweest als er iemand naar de airco was komen kijken. Die maakte heel veel herrie zelfs als deze uitstond. Maakt het slapen lastig. Hiervan twee keer melding gemaakt maar niemand gezien. Dat is jammer"

"Good place next to time square, clean hotel, good beds, rooms for 4 persons aren somewhat small if you have suitcases, but doable. Breakfast is proper and included (just missing basic options for bread such as cheese and ham). The elevator situation especially around breakfast time is terrible. There are 5 elevators for over 30+ floors. If you are below level 20 there is a fair chance that you have to wait +10 mins for a elevator thats not full. Further is the rooftop bar not just to but you must take a table. Outside space is limited, while inside the airco is on turbo. Staff in general is nice, there is a basic but well maintained gym and they offer taxi services in case u need one to the airport. Conclusion, eventhough the elevator situation I would return."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just around the corner from Times Square. It’s the perfect base for exploring New York, with major attractions and public transportation all within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the $100 per hour charge for late checkout, which felt a bit steep. That said, we absolutely enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!"

"Het was een aftandse zooi. Behang los, kranen los, afvoerputjes miste, alle voegen waren geel. De kasten vielen van ellende uit elkaar. Het restaurant was sinds covid nooit meer open gegaan. Dus ontbijten was niet mogelijk. De sportschool waarmee geadverteerd wordt bestaat niet. En de sfeer leek meer op een station. "
