'The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a big plus: quiet, yet easily accessible by public transport (two subway stations within walking distance). It was also nice that the deposit was refunded quickly — within three hours after check-out on Revolut. We received a room upgrade, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the mobile air conditioner was connected through the window and mounted in such a way that I couldn’t close the window at first. 'Hotel and staff are absolutely fantastic. Very helpfull , friendly en warm welcome. The only thing about the area if you walk to and from the nearest metro station you have to go through a projects neigborhood. Where lot of people who live there specially in the evening are smoking weed, hanging arround. They dont bother you if you just mind your business. But i think if you are a woman alone it could feel unsave. '

'Nette kamers met goede bedden. Als je ook gebruik maakt van de slaapbank, wordt deze niet opgemaakt bij aankomst. Dat moet je zelf doen. Ook tijdens het verblijf wordt hier geen aandacht aan geschonken. Het ‘gewone’ bed wordt wel elke dag opgemaakt en ook dagelijks schone handdoeken. De ontbijtruimte is te klein voor het aantal gasten. Na het ontbijt lange rijen bij de lift.. Maar al met al een prima verblijf.'

'Rustig gelegen, compact hotel gelegen in de wijk Long Island City. Veilige buurt. Op loopafstand van 3 verschillende metro’s. In 10 min ben je in Manhattan. Wij hadden een ruime en schone kamer op de 5de verdieping met uitzicht over de wijk. Hotel niet gehorig. Superfijne (harde) bedden, goede kussens. Een stille airco, die perfect werkt. Raam kan evt stukje open, voor een keer frisse lucht. Goed verduisterende gordijnen. Veel stopcontacten, grote tv met veel zenders, koelkastje, magnetron,...

'Wij verbleven hier 6 dagen met onze kinderen in de leeftijd van 22, 15 en 13. Het hotel is schoon, de kamers worden elke dag schoongemaakt en zijn comfortabel. Vanuit het hotel loop je in ongeveer 5 minuten naar de metro met korte reistijd naar bezienswaardigheden. Verder goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. '
