'Helpful staff. Great room and view'

'First time visit at this hotel and loved it from the moment we walked through the door. All of the staff were very helpful (had problems with the airconditioning after a couple of days, but were helped within minutes by being moved to another room). Special shout out to Douglas, who made us feel welcome from the very first second. He couldn't be any more friendly.'

'Het hotel is netjes, schoon en rustig. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt in een rustige buurt dus weinig overlast van verkeer en sirenes. Vlakbij de metro dus met 3 haltes ben je in hartje NYC. 2 minpuntjes. Het ontbijt had vrij weinig keuze en iedere dag hetzelfde aanbod. De kamers zijn onderling vrij gehorig maar niet heel storend. We hebben prima geslapen. '
