All of the staff were very helpful (had problems with the airconditioning after a couple of days, but were helped within minutes by being moved to another room). 'I liked very much the hotel. The employees from the reception in evening very attent. Rooms are clean, big, confortable. The metro station is some steps from the hotel. There are a lot places to eat near the hotel,shops, supermarkts etc.'

'Het hotel is netjes, schoon en rustig. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt in een rustige buurt dus weinig overlast van verkeer en sirenes. Vlakbij de metro dus met 3 haltes ben je in hartje NYC. 2 minpuntjes. Het ontbijt had vrij weinig keuze en iedere dag hetzelfde aanbod. De kamers zijn onderling vrij gehorig maar niet heel storend. We hebben prima geslapen. '
