'The staff was accommodating to hold our bags before and after check in and check out. They cleaned our room nicely after the first day. They provided various amenities including an extra set of bedding, toiletries, silverware, dining set, ice, and water with fruit. Overall, nice stay for two nights.'

'Voco in Astoria is a great place to stay. It’s less than a year old and the rooms are soundproof. Across from me was the subway track and I could barely hear it. It was probably one of of best showers I’ve ever had in a hotel room. The restaurant serves dinner and breakfast. The food and atmosphere was amazing as well as the excellent Customer Service by the entire staff throughout the hotel. It’s a short walking distance to a subway entrance. I will definitely be returning there.'

'First time visit at this hotel and loved it from the moment we walked through the door. All of the staff were very helpful (had problems with the airconditioning after a couple of days, but were helped within minutes by being moved to another room). Special shout out to Douglas, who made us feel welcome from the very first second. He couldn't be any more friendly.'
