'The staff are excellent. The manager was always around assisting staff and talking to customers. It’s a small boutique hotel,very quiet. The food at the hotel was excellent. The hotel is close to the centre of Times Square.'

'Great place to stay in New York. Next to Bryant park, a subway station, Times Square, Broadway, Grand Central station. With a good connection to EWR and JFK airport. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. '

'Mooi hotel op een goede locatie gelegen. Heerlijke bedden en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Vanaf het hotel kan je met de metro werkelijk alle kanten op in de stad, een absolute plus. Wij kregen een zeer fijne kamer met een werkelijk top bed! Misschien enig puntje voor vrouwen, neem wel je eigen föhn mee. Een dag later kreeg ik als Expedia rewards gold member een prachtige upgrade waar we erg blij mee waren. Knickerbocker hotel, bedankt voor een heerlijk verblijf.'

'We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just around the corner from Times Square. It’s the perfect base for exploring New York, with major attractions and public transportation all within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the $100 per hour charge for late checkout, which felt a bit steep. That said, we absolutely enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!'

'Dit hotel is qua service top. De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel is werkelijk top. Veel en snelle liften, mooie faciliteiten en een comfortabele kamer met ruime douche. De locatie is ook echt top, rustig gelegen en toch overal dichtbij.'
