'Prima hotel gelegen op perfecte lokatie in rustige straat midden in het centrum, pré is de skybar met geweldig uitzicht op de empire building, nadeel bar is de inrichting, niet heel gezellig tenzij je buiten kunt zitten, weinig keus aan cocktails en tijdens ons bezoek ondeskundig en onvriendelijk personeel. Het personeel aan de receptie is echter erg vriendelijk en we kregen een warm welkome. Kamers zijn comfortabel met mooie badkamer en zeer ruime douche. En erg schoon! '

"Good place next to time square, clean hotel, good beds, rooms for 4 persons aren somewhat small if you have suitcases, but doable. Breakfast is proper and included (just missing basic options for bread such as cheese and ham).
The elevator situation especially around breakfast time is terrible. There are 5 elevators for over 30+ floors. If you are below level 20 there is a fair chance that you have to wait +10 mins for a elevator thats not full.
Further is the rooftop bar not just to but you must take a table. Outside space is limited, while inside the airco is on turbo.
Staff in general is nice, there is a basic but well maintained gym and they offer taxi services in case u need one to the airport. Conclusion, eventhough the elevator situation I would return."

"Top locatie! Alles is dichtbij. Hotelpersoneel waren super behulpzaam. De manager was heel erg aardig. Daarnaast merk je niets van het geluid van buiten in de slaapkamer(s). Kleine maar prima gym. "

"Accommodatie zit op een ideale plek, vlakbij de hotspots. Je hoort eigenlijk tot laat en 's morgens vroeg het geluid van auto's en sirenes, maar dat is logisch in the city that never sleeps.
Wij vonden de kamer voor 4 personen wel erg aan de krappe kant.
Kamers zijn schoon, bed wordt elke dag opgemaakt en elke dag schone handdoeken.
Ontbijt is goed, maar wel prijzig.
Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
