'Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, mostly quiet between rooms. Good location. The TV/cable did not work and our call and text about it wasn't answered until the following day. It took some finagling to get the door to lock (push or pull hard until it clicks!). Still, a great bargain for this area. Slept like a log and I would definitely stay here again!'

'This property is very well maintained with a beautiful view and lots of space for a family. Jennifer and her husband are personable, respond quickly to questions and are attentive. Great location close to cooperstown but far enough away to enjoy the quietness of the country. Little details right down to some outdoor toys my grandson loved were a wonderful surprise! Would highly recommend!'
