'Nicely done tiny home. Owners are very timely in their communication. Clean. Recommend going downtown Kingston for a walk on Rail trail, seeing the lighthouse, and eating outside at one of the many restaurants. We ate at Savona Trattoria, which was delicious. Boat tour of Hudson River looked wonderful but we didn’t have the time to do it. Would stay again! '

'This spot was what we'd hoped it'd be for our trip. It's within convenient reaches of the 2,3,4,5 trains, is in a beautiful and safe area, slept our family sufficiently, and had a WASHER/DRYER combo!!The communication was excellent from the host and though we had our reservation cut then reinstated due to an issue with the platform, we knew our host would handle the issue, which she did!A few things that are being updated by the host- the shower drops a bit onto the floor, the dryer caused a...

'Hands down, this was one my favorite VRBO stays of all time. The property was immaculately clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. We loved hanging out lakeside and watching the eagles and ospreys fish. The location is quiet and feels secluded, and yet restaurants, shopping, waterfalls, hiking, and (of course) wineries are just a short drive away. If I could give it six stars, I would!'

'Perfect for us. The swimming and fishing were great! Very private, lots of room, great level yard. Easy to run up to the Y Knot, Blue Eagle or into Branchport. Great house, love the covered patio!'

'Staying here was a positive experience! We had people from ages 6 to 74 and everyone enjoyed their stay. There are plenty of beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The outdoor dining space worked well for us and the pool table was a big hit. Some of us even walked to Market Street and the CMOG to earn all the ice cream we ate! The host was clear, responsive, and helpful. Wonderful stay!'

'Cristina was an awesome host. The house was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Very easy to check in. House is even better than the pictures. Beds are very comfortable. Three TVs. Very close to food and drinks. There is actually a restaurant and bar (great food) next door to the house. Niagara Falls and Canadian Bridge is so close. You will love this one.'
