'If i had a complaint about my stay it would be the lack of control over my room temperature. I really like a cool room for sleeping and the room got very stuffy in the night. I also did not like the fact that breakfast was at 9 am no choice for earlier. On the good side the one breakfast i was there for was delicious and the couple running the B&B were great and overall a very nice stay. My " complaints " are more just suggestions for things to improve the stay. '

'Echt superschoon en waanzinnig mooi ingericht. Je waant je 100 jaar terug. Geen receptie, geen ontbijt, alles ligt klaar bij aankomst. Geen nachtbewaking, terwijl de voordeur openstaat, maat politiebureau is aan de overkant van de straat. Dus een beetje vreemd is het wel om op deze manier te verblijven in iemands huis.'

'Loved it here! Valerie & Jason were wonderful hosts - so welcoming and relaxed. Breakfasts were delicious and winding down at the end of the day with a glass of wine was so nice in the comfy lounge/dining area. We really enjoyed meeting them and their home was beautiful inside and out. Modern amenities blended with classic features made it very comfortable for our three night stay. Thanks for having us!'

'Our stay at Waters Edge in the Seneca Room was a 5 star experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The unobstructed view of the lake is the best part. A close second is the breakfast. There were several options on the menu we could choose from on the night before. It’s a beautiful, serene place tucked away off the main road but just minutes from the downtown restaurants. Two thumbs up to Karen and her husband for curating the perfect place. We would highly recommend staying here.'

'Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well.
