After I brought it to the attention of the staff on duty, she went above and beyond to relocate me and my daughter into another room. The entire front desk receptionist staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn to friends and family members. '

It's a non-smoking facility, but the place smelled of cigarette smoke (the room at least didn’t). I walked to my room, and another guest was straight up smoking away down the hall.
