'We have been using this hotel for many years. The rooms are always clean and the staff helpful. It is still a little strange checking in to a kiosk. No one really at the desk. Have to call the attendant or see a staff member.'

'Room was dirty with trash already in trash can and fridge had something sticky in it and on the floor. Bathtub wouldn't drain. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was cold and hard. Pancake machine broken. Tables were dirty.... don't stay there!'

'If you’re looking for cheap and don’t mind mold in the shower it’s ok. Dont like the fact that they won’t go out of their way to provide breakfast to guest that have the book out before 8am. They could at the very least give you a muffin, fruit or something.'

'The hotel is under construction. My room was remodeled, but there were no dishes or silverware. Most of the staff was friendly, but one of them always seemed confused and when I asked for anything, she looked at me with a puzzled look on her face. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but the rest of the staff was great. This will be nice when it is completed...'

'This hotel is not ready for bookings. They should not be accepting reservations yet as the state of the building is very poor and does not live up to the Hilton standards. There were cockroaches in our room and the room was dirty. There was no soap, body wash, shampoo or conditioner in our room and we have to ask for some. Upon leaving our room, we discovered that the lock on our door didn’t work and had to be fixed.'
