'The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point.'

'Horrible, dirty and smelly. I checked out after 20 minutes as I was getting nauseous. You can see that I checked in the Quality Inn 30 minutes later. I should not pay for this room.'

'Our room wasn't very clean. There were large stains on the sitting chair and small stains and dirty grout on the floor in the bathroom. The shower drain didn't work well and there was a lack of deep cleaning. Some positives, the staff was helpful, beds were comfortable, room was quiet. '

'We enjoyed our long weekend stay in Suburban Studios. The rooms are spacious, the linens and towels are clean, the amenities are very useful.Thanks to the helpful female weekend staff who helped us with AC and internet issues. We appreciate your responsiveness. '

'The price (at the current time) was great for me. It turns out this is because the hotel is undergoing significant renovation (April/May 2026). There were more workers than guests and the hotel condition is not great. But the price was great and the room was adequate. I will be back soon because of the price. I assume once the renovations are done the hotel will be back in better condition. Couldn’t complain with the current price though. '

'Absolutely horrible. As soon as we walked into the room we saw stains everywhere. Hair in the bathroom, electrical outlets hanging out the wall, crumbs on the bed, stained bedsheets…everything was just stained. Windows weren’t locked and the bathroom tub was filthy. I checked the mattress and it had this huge brown stain on it and it looked like residual of bed bugs. We stayed maybe 5 mins before telling the manager that we want a refund and that we will be leaving due to it being so dirty. I...

'The room was clean. TV didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. Everything metal in room was VERY rusty (fridge, bed frames, folding chair, etc). No breakfast as had been advertised. Spotlight outside room that made it seem like daybreak even with the blackout shades drawn. Ugh. Thankfully- the room was clean so we stayed.'

'I think the property is being renovated, which would explain some of the mess on the floors and elevator. But room was super clean, staff was super friendly, location was perfect for getting anywhere around town. Parking was great. It was a short walk to food and convenience store though we did not try them. Disappointed that the fitness room was not accessible, probably due to renovations again.'

'First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me.'

'When checking in the female clerk was chewing on something, gum, candy or food) and it was difficult to understand her. Getting the shuttle was quick as I left at 5 am and the driver was sitting at the front desk ready to leave. Breakfast wasn’t served until 6 am. '
