'Employee, Simone was excellent. Although working front desk, she personally to clean handicapped room. Room not ready at 3pm. Told us at least half hour and then more delay. Told us we could get a refund and go to another hotel. This was another management type personThere was only one luggage trolley to move our stuff and the wheels didn't work properly. We had to hand carrier our luggage from the third floor to elevator to elevator and the exit despite being handicap with mobility impairment....

'Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. Room was extremely clean and owners were very accomadating. Breakfast was fantastic, I’d stay again, just not in the summer'

'I booked this property for an after Christmas get away; two families each with two grown children. From the beginning, communication with the owners was prompt and friendly. The cabin was clean, filled with everything we needed and was even decorated for Christmas, which is exactly what we wanted. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out including a basement with a ping pong table and basketball game. The huge island in the kitchen was perfect for dinners and games and the 7 person hot...

'Horrible, dirty and smelly. I checked out after 20 minutes as I was getting nauseous. You can see that I checked in the Quality Inn 30 minutes later. I should not pay for this room.'
