Chalets in New York

'My family and I enjoyed the overall ambience of the ADK house and the amenities provided. The weather cooperated this year and we enjoyed the outdoor firepit and were able to cool our feet in the river. The location was also close to a wonderful swimming hole as well. The house has a great "feel" to it with the loft and spiral staircase. The expansive laundry facilities are great, especially the numerous hangers and folding areas and ample closet space. 'Over several years of renting in the Valatie area, this house was the nicest place we’ve stayed. It’s well appointed and has a really nice view of the lake. The owner is very responsive to any issue that arises. Hope to return!'

'Beautiful place'

'It was even nicer than it looked in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and location regarding short distance from ski mountains and Ellicottville was great. It was so sweet too that they had snacks and a bottle of wine out as a welcome gift when we arrived. Loved this place. '

'We had a great experience. Good location. Close to many wineries, restaurants, hiking, and the lake. We really appreciated the extra touches that the owner provided, fresh flowers in each room, water in the refrigerator, and a wine basket. We would stay here again.'

'Place was awesome and perfect for our family of 5. The host was very attentive to our questions and needs. I would recommend especially if you want to be close to the mountain. '

'Really enjoyed our stay here. Cute cabin. Hot tub was nice bonus! '

'Our stay was amazing. We were able to get back to nature, enjoy family time, and catch up on much needed sleep. Sharon was the most gracious hostess and there was more than enough room for the for of us. The water (Lake Ontario) is just a short 5 minutes away, we were able to take in sunrises and sunsets that were so picturesque. I think that there is something for everyone when you stay here no matter how young or old you are. We will be staying here when we come back. Thank you so much.'

'Great house and great host! Very convenient location particularly to Windham Mountain. '

We walked in to find a dark room with an old piano . We went upstairs to see the room and the only thing in the rooms posted was the white sheets and blankets . There was a small area with a microwave outside our door . The pictures had an outside sitting for guests that was not the case . We left and ended...
