'Heavy cleaning solution smell upon walking in. Queen mattresses on full frames so mattresses wouldn't lay flat (had to modify myself for some comfort) shower curtain poorly mounted/cheap rod leaving water pouring onto bathroom floor at start of shower (excellent water pressure though!) no way to lower heat so left window open all night but no fan to move air around. Attempt to a boutique style place but only 80%. Small things but all adds up. I'd consider staying again. '

'Everything about our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Finger Lakes. The house is spacious and very clean, with beautiful lake views from many windows. The hosts, Annie and Gary, were very accommodating and communicative, letting us check in early due to a snow storm that came through and checking the next morning to see if we needed a plow. 'House was clean, host was great and communicates promptly. The area is central to lots of activities, however it should be noted this house is right on the busiest road in town. I was traveling with a boat and trailer, it was extremely dangerous/impossible to back in other than in the middle of the night. Host was accommodating providing off site place to park the boat to avoid this. 3’ fence in the backyard is great for keeping smaller dogs in.'
