You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that its use involves inherent risks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury, illness, or property damage arising from the use of the hot tub and agree to hold the Owner harmless from any claims resulting from its use. You understand that the hot tub may present additional risks to children who are not closely supervised, as well as to individuals with certain medical conditions, those who are pregnant, or those who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications. You agree that all guests will use the hot tub responsibly and in accordance with any posted rules or instructions. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that you or anyone in your party may incur while using the hot tub. You understand the risks described above and voluntarily assume full responsibility for yourself and all members of your party. You hereby waive any and all claims against the Owner arising from or related to the use of the hot tub. All Guests acknowledge that they have read and understand this waiver and agree that confirming acceptance constitutes a binding and enforceable agreement between the Guests and the Host.

Smoke Removal Fee: $600.
Violating our no party rule can result in immediate eviction without a refund and an additional $500 clean up fee
