'Very clean , comfortable, great staff. Was concerned since dogs allowed in all rooms but our room was cleaner than most hotels we’ve stayed in. Would definitely stay again. Only down side is no on site laundry facility even though Expedia says it has. Expedia seems to put this in every description without verifying as it’s happened repeatedly. Regardless, they charge by weight (and not piece) to do laundry so is reasonable.'

'Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended.'

'My husband and I booked our stay pretty last minute, and we were so glad we did! Benn Conger Inn was a lovely property with kind, inviting staff. The room was perfectly clean with a view to the quaint backyard where we could enjoy the fall foliage and even spot deer passing through. Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal-- fresh baked muffins, local coffee, made-to-order omelettes, and more! It was a quick drive to surrounding larger towns as well. Overall would absolutely recommend.'
