'We stayed in the newly renovated cottage “White House” which is very spacious and clean with fully equipped kitchen. My daughter loves the chicken coop and small vegetable garden behind the cottage. The owner and staff were very friendly and treated us very nicely! The area is a bit remote and away from the town center with limited dinning options. If we come back again we will likely stay in the inn which is the main house with lots of interesting artifacts and also the benefit of homemade...

'The property was charming, we felt like we were home when I walked in. It was Inviting, comfortable, tastefully decorated and clean. The host that we had the pleasure of meeting was very personable and friendly. He gave us a lot of good information about the sights and the entertainment available, along with all best dining establishments which included their very own Blackberry Cafe',. YUMMY homemade fresh bagels daily. Headed back next year, if they'll have us. Thank You so much'

'Echt superschoon en waanzinnig mooi ingericht. Je waant je 100 jaar terug. Geen receptie, geen ontbijt, alles ligt klaar bij aankomst. Geen nachtbewaking, terwijl de voordeur openstaat, maat politiebureau is aan de overkant van de straat. Dus een beetje vreemd is het wel om op deze manier te verblijven in iemands huis.'

The building (built in 1830) was excellently maintained, and furnishings/decor struck the perfect balance between period and modern. The included breakfast was cooked and served in the upstairs dining room (former ballroom/meeting room). Parking was adequate and on site. 'What a marvelous snowy getaway at 2W Lake B&B! Host Clark was attentive, responsive, and provided a wealth of knowledge about the area. We especially enjoyed relaxing conversations with him after he served sumptuous morning meals. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and quite cozy with a stunning lake view. Highly recommend!!'
